At House of Marivelle, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Marivelle packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
